What to do after an accident
Friday, April 1, 2011 at 01:55PM If you are involved in an automobile accident you should alway make sure the scene is safe and call medical help if anyone is injured. If you are injured but do not want to go to the hospital be sure and explain to the ambulance medical team that you want to return home and see how you feel after some time has past. If after that you are still in pain you should immediately go to a doctor or medical emergency room. Try and take some pictures of the accident scene and the vehicles involved. ALWAYS insist that the police be called so that an accident report will be filed by the officer. Remember that it is never a fair fight when you make a claim against someones insurance company so getting the advice of a qualified lawyer is good. A reputable lawyer will not charge you for a consultation at the law office.
